Feel like the rock-star mom, that you already are with this new printable!

Last week I followed my gut and took Hudson to the pediatricians after he had been pulling his ear for two days. Everyone kept tell me me that he was probably teething… I felt in my gut it was more so I took him in. Turns out he had a double ear infection. whomp-whomp

They put him on amoxicillin twice a day for 10 days. As soon as we got back home I printed off my medicine dispensing sheet!

Medicine Dispensing form. Never miss another dose or try to remember if you've already given the dose for the day!

This form is a serious must have for me! Especially if both boys are on medication at the same time. It is very important that once you start a medication you follow the directions, and finish it to its end. If the doctor says 10 days, they really mean for 10 days…even if you notice that your child starts feeling better…even like themselves on day three. There can be serious consequences for not completing a medication.

How it works-

  • Download and save this file on your desktop. I like to keep a “personal” folder, with sub folders right on my computers desktop. This way I do not have to go searching for important files when I need them
  • When your little one(s) get sick, print this form out and fill out the top portion
  • I like to use a clipboard, and attach the clipboard via a command hook right to the front of my refrigerator!
