When my boys were preschool-aged I loved working through the letter of the week series that I created. Both of our favorite parts were the crafts Using Pinterest we created some really awesome Letter Of The Week Crafts.

Letting them get creative was one of the best things I did for their little brains. I encourage all moms to allow their kid’s creativity to explode. Let them use the glue (even if they pour half the bottle out – they are learning – it gets better) place the sequins, use your fingers to paint. It is just an important milestone and really helps their brains to develop.

I have rounded up three crafts for each letter of the alphabet, so below are 78 awesome ideas for enhancing your letter of the week series! Below are crafts I would have down with my boys and look forward to creating with my younger nieces and nephews! For each letter, I have shared three different crafts. Using different mediums – some super easy and some a little more challenging.

Letter of the Week Crafts: Letter A

A is for Alligator | A is for Ants | A is for Airplane

If you have older children you can create the A for Alligator craft above – but make two facing separate directions. This would be a fun way to teach Greater – Than and Less- Than – Have the correct alligator eat the larger number! You can grab my fun greater-than, less-than activity right here!
