For the past few days I have been in the Second Trimester Nesting Phase of this pregnancy. I was surprised when I went through the same phase during my first trimester, but am loving the effects it has on our house. I currently have all of our pantry items laid across our kitchen and dining room relabeling all of food canisters. I have broken out my silhouette machine for this little project!

Anyway – I am stopping in today with a holiday printable. *I know…I know… “But Lindsay, it is only AUGUST!” I totally get that, but this year I have already started Christmas shopping – and I have two big reasons why:

  1. This baby is due on December 10th. I know that I do not want to be out Christmas shopping / wrapping gifts / dealing with that anxiety when I am either 38/39 weeks pregnant OR with a few day old baby.
  2. Now that we have a much stricter budget, I still want to find AWESOME gifts, for even better prices! Neither Scott or I want to skimp on Christmas gifts, so we are just starting early to make sure we get the best deals.

Last week I ordered a couple gifts from Amazon, and when they arrived I knew I needed a system to keep them organized and so that I can remember what I’ve already purchased. Baby Brain is a real thing!

So I made a super simple Holiday printable.  It will live in my home management binder, until the Holidays are over.

It is certainly not the fanciest printable I’ve ever made, but it is exactly what I need to keep the gift purchases organized until last December!
