Lately I have been sharing some cute Handwriting Practice sheets and my Letter of the Week series: both helping children practice their handwriting – form their letters – and get their letters a consistence size. Which is awesome, and necessary. But, they also need to learn how to write their numbers! So today I am sharing some handwriting practice sheets that will help your child do just that!

What you’ll get out of these worksheets
- In the upper left hand corner it shows how to write the numbers (with steps and arrows)
- Next to the main number is an image representing the number
- 1 = 1 truck
- 2 = 2 monsters
- 3 = 3 flowers
- Your child writes the letters
- Your child writes the number words ONE-TWO-THREE, etc.
- This is great for our preschoolers to start seeing the “number” and the “number words” together
- Then under that there are a handful of numbers 1-9. Have your child color the correct numbers. Ask them to go slowly and try to keep their colors inside the lines. This will help with fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, as well as their writing abilities down the road!
Here is a sample of what you’ll receive from each page:
enjoy!

Oh, I love these!! These types of handwriting worksheets are so important to developing handwriting skills. Kids will love the colors and cute images. Missing my home schooling days right now!
I have never heard of “first world problems” before but it sounds like something we all have. I like that you find the positive in all of the stress and uncertainty. My kids are just like yours — I cannot tell you how many rocks they are hoarding in their rooms! Blessings!
Thank you for sharing on the #SHINEbloghop.
Have a wonderful week!
