So while I was perusing Pinterest I came across this picture:

Anyway I saw it and I decided that this was a pin I needed to do, right away. If (God Forbid) we were ever in an accident and unable to tell emergency help important information about Greyson…. well I cannot even think about all of it. So I made up a quick form and plastered it to the side of Greyson’s car seat.
Here is what the form reads (Obviously with the correct information on his car seat):
And here it is on the side of the seat:
I printed out the form, glued it to a piece of cardstock so it would stand out a little bit more, and then just used some packing tape to adhere it to the side of the car seat.
