Tot Time- R is for Rainbow

Greyson is 27 Months.

Today Scott has had to spend the entire day stuck in the office working on his E-MBA, and Greyson and I have been stuck in the house for over a week! I had surgery last Saturday (appendectomy) and I am finally starting to feel back to my normal self.

Greyson was getting antsy, so during his nap I decided to brave the snow storm and run to get some more craft supplies. (This kid can go through Pom-Pom’s like crazy)

He is rocking with learning his alphabet, and is really enjoying it so today we worked on the letter “R”. This is one he has not yet mastered, so we did a very quick R is for Rainbow arts and craft project. With what else? Pom-Poms!

Here is the finished product. COMPLETELY done all by himself. I separated the colors and told him what line to put the Red-Green-Yellow pom-poms on, he did the glue dots and then literally smashed the poms on there! 🙂

Rainbow

I found the image of the Rainbow- and reworked it a little so it had three rows instead of 6. I printed off the rainbow and the letter R, cut them out, and Greyson took it from there.

*Note- Please excuse the terrible photos- my camera battery is dead, so I had to resort to the IPad.
